Follow the Steps to Renew for the REGISTRATION CUM MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE (RCMC)

RCMC RENEWAL

Following documents is required for renewal of Registration Cum Membership Certificate

(RCMC)

• A self-certified true copy of Importer Exporter Code No. issued by the concerned authority.
• Original Registration Certificate. (RCMC)
• Online generated renewal of membership challan
• Online generate copy of Information from (this can be downloaded from www.gjepc.org)
• A self-certified true copy of partnership deed (in case of partnership firm)/Memorandum  and Articleof association  (in case of pvt.ltd. co. firm)
• A self-certified true copy of SSI / IEM /MSME (Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum) registration
• certificate issued by the concerned authority for Manufacture Exporter
• Covering letter.

GENERAL TIPS

• It is recommended to use Mozilla Firefox 4.0 or IE - 7 for speed and smoothness while using GJEPC website. 
• In case of any technical problems faced while filling up the information after getting user
• name and password, please send the same to membership@gjepcindia.com with the nature of query.
• Membership fee is payable as April / March and the same should be renewed every year in the month of April
