• All reservations are redirected from the GJEPC website to the official hotel websites offering exclusive discounted tariffs.
• Kindly ensure to fill in all the necessary information and complete the booking process directly on the hotel's website.
• In case of any cancellation of rooms or reduction in room nights occurring after July 15th,2025, a 100% retention fee will be charged.
• In case of a No-Show, 100% retention for the entire length of stay will be charged.
• Any payment made or blocked via credit card during the booking will be treated as a guarantee for the reservation and will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if:
  • Payment via credit card (provided at the time of booking), or
  • Payment via the hotel's payment link (sent to the email ID used while booking) is not received, then GJEPC will not be responsible for reinstating such bookings.
• Check-In time: 1400 hours (2:00 PM). Guests arriving earlier will be accommodated as rooms become available. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking and paying for the night prior.
• Check-Out time: 1200 hours (12:00 PM). Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested directly with the hotel.
• In case of any revision in tax rates as mandated by the Government, the updated taxes will be applicable and charged in the final invoice by the hotel.
• In case of any dispute, the same will be resolved between the Hotel and the guest; GJEPC will not be liable.

These Terms and Conditions govern hotel bookings for attendees of IIJS Premiere 2025 (the "Show"). The GJEPC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Show, in whole or in part, without prior notice, subject to changes in government rules and regulations or other relevant factors affecting the organization of the Show. In the event of any delay or failure to organize the Show due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the GJEPC, including but not limited to force majeure events, the GJEPC shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred by visitors as a result of such postponement or cancellation.
