  • Visitors must follow and adhere to the rules & regulations & security procedures set by GJEPC to enter the exhibition halls.
  • GJEPC reserves the right to postpone or cancel or transfer or change the date, time, and the location of the Exhibition, and shall have no claims whatsoever in this regard.
  • Visitor needs to display the visitor badge all the time during the Exhibition as and when requested by authorities.
  • GJEPC reserves the right to refuse admission/suspend entry to the show of any visitors, exhibitors or their representative and any other categories of badges for security reasons and/or creating disturbance or discomfort of any kind to the show, also GJEPC reserves the right to admit any pre-registered visitor as per its discretion, even if the visitors’ badges have been issued and paid for the show.
  • Person under the age of 16 years is not permitted to enter the show nor be the booth attendant/technicians/workers.
  • Visitor’s fees once submitted will be non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstances. Reasons like a change of employment, transfer in service, cancellation of the visit, change of show venue (Within a timeline if any) etc. will not be entertained.
  • In case if the show is cancelled and/or change in Government rules regulations and guidelines does not permit to organize the show, full refund of visitor fees will be issued, on request of the visitors within 15 days of the show cancelled/postponed announcement by the Organisers.
  • In case any visitor(s) does not follow the protocols as may be prescribed by GJEPC considering the safety and security norms, then the visitor badge of the visitor will be blocked, and the said visitor will not be allowed to visit any shows of GJEPC in the future.
  • Visitor Registration charges are inclusive of GST and the invoice will be issued after the show to the applicant company/firm as provided in the application.
  • "Value Visitor Pass" (VVP) for IIJS shows is valid only for the last two days of the show on the following dates:
    • For IIJS Tritiya 2025: BIEC, Bengaluru – 23rd – 24th March 2025
  • If in case any visitor is registered using “Value Visitor Pass” and wish to visit the entire show than that visitor has to register again by selecting “Entire Show Registration” and pay the full fees as per that phase rate, no refunds or payment adjustments will be made for the same.
  • If in case any employee leaves the company, then it will be the owner's responsibility to inform GJEPC to discontinue the registration of that employee and the company needs to withdraw his details from the online directory. If in case an employee gets registered for multiple shows and leaves the company, the registration cost will be forfeited and not be refunded or replaced in any circumstances.
  • Visitor can switch their company by logging via their personal PAN and entering new company’s PAN number in switch company option.
  • Post payment of visitor registration, if the visitor switches the company than the registration amount will be forfeited.
  • Combo registration is non-transferable, non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Visitors should abide by the terms and conditions applicable for registration of National visitors set by “The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC)”.
  • Only jewellers and jewellery business people can register through the online portal, associates, and non-jewellers are not allowed to visit the show.
  • Visitor Badge will not be issued to the Participant Companies at IIJS Tritiya 2025, If your company becomes an exhibitor for any show, then your visitor registration for that specific show will get automatically cancelled and fees paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
  • Photography/Videography inside the exhibition is strictly prohibited. GJEPC officials reserve the right to confiscate the camera/phone and further if deemed fit cancel your registration.
