• To secure your reservation on a guaranteed basis, please provide your credit card number along with the expiration date. Reservations not guaranteed by a credit card will not be confirmed.
• All room reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment by the hotel.
• Any amendments or cancellations will incur a 100% retention fee in accordance with the individual hotel policy. The GJEPC shall not be liable under any circumstances for such charges.
• In the event of any dispute with the hotel, the GJEPC shall not be responsible. Guests must coordinate directly with the hotel to resolve any issues.
• The check-in time at the hotel is 1500 hrs. (03:00 pm). Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms based on availability. To guarantee early check-in, it is recommended that rooms be reserved and paid for the night before.
• The check-out time at the hotel is 1200 hrs. (12:00 pm). Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
• Triple occupancy is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Any changes in government-mandated tax rates will be applicable and chargeable on the final billing by the hotel.
• GJEPC shall not be held liable for any liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation/booking, changes in hotel policy, or alterations in the hotel's payment terms.
• The hotel reserves the right to change its policies or methods of payment at any time, and the GJEPC has no control over such changes.

These Terms and Conditions govern hotel bookings for attendees of IIJS Premiere 2024 (the "Show"). The GJEPC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Show, in whole or in part, without prior notice, subject to changes in government rules and regulations or other relevant factors affecting the organization of the Show. In the event of any delay or failure to organize the Show due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the GJEPC, including but not limited to force majeure events, the GJEPC shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred by visitors as a result of such postponement or cancellation.
