Launch Alert: Picchiotti Classics Reinvented

For over 50 years, the legendary Italian House of Picchiotti, founded in 1967 by Giuseppe Picchiotti and his sister in Valenza, has been a shining example of fine jewellery. Giuseppe still leads the family business, travelling globally to source exceptional gems and provide personalised service to clients. Today, his three children—MariaCarola, Filippo, and Umberto—are shaping the brand’s future.

While MariaCarola drives marketing and digital innovation, launching a new website (www.picchiotti.it) with a B2B portal and a luxury blog, Sincerely, Giuseppe, Filippo, a gem enthusiast, enhances the brand’s legacy of vibrant rubies, sapphires, and emeralds by introducing remarkable semiprecious stones.

Umberto, a trained goldsmith, oversees quality control and advances the Xpandable™ collection with its latest evolution, X². Together, this new generation blends tradition with innovation, keeping Picchiotti’s heritage alive.

Their latest collections unveiled at Haute Jewels is a clearly a treat for jewellery connoisseurs.

Picchiotti’s Classics are a coming together of exceptional gemstones and Italian mastery, which straddle the past and the present while infusing a contemporary allure that beguiles the new-age customer.

An architecturally inspired, high-jewellery suite, Impeccably Picchiotti, features a stunning combination of baguette diamonds framed between buff-top rubies and fine onyx lines. The baguette workmanship defines the brand’s jewellery making style that is unique and instantly recognisable at once.

The above ensemble of necklace and earrings, titled Flowers, is a nature-inspired ensemble with a cascading bib necklace, drop earrings, and a cocktail ring, each set with sparkling white diamonds in 18-karat white gold. Diamond floral halos surround the four petal clusters at centre to create a smattering of flowers in an openwork design.

The new Picchiotti Waves set combines an edgy look with sophisticated craftmanship. The wavy diamond patterns are connected by a fine 18-karat white gold bar embellished by individually set diamonds. The white on white is fresh and yet visibly classic.

In this refined and modular Classic Blue & Green necklace, cushion-cut emeralds and sapphires are arranged between long baguette diamonds, all enhanced by a singular sapphire drop weighing over 9 carats.

The sapphire drop is detachable, allowing the necklace to be worn as a Y or short, single line necklace. Further, the sapphire pendant can easily be set into a ring mounting and paired with the collar necklace.
