GJEPC and Swarnkar Setu Association, Nerul, recently organised a seminar highlighting the benefits of GJEPC membership and MSME schemes. Mithilesh Pandey, Director, Membership, GJEPC, outlined key advantages of membership, government policies, and initiatives like the GJEPC Parichay Card, courier exports, IIJS, IJEX, and CEPA. He also discussed buyer-seller meets, the IC Scheme, Capacity Building Scheme, collateral-free loans, and MSME-specific benefits.
The seminar covered jewellery exports via e-commerce, including platforms like eBay and postal services. A major focus was placed on tapping into international markets, with a detailed segment on exporting jewellery worth up to ₹10 lakh via e-commerce platforms. Local retail shop owners attended, gaining insights into expanding their businesses. This joint initiative provided valuable industry knowledge, with a membership registration camp allowing artisans to enrol and access GJEPC benefits.
