Bond Street jeweller David Morris will open a seasonal boutique from June to September in the Cala di Volpe Hotel in Sardinia, a popular destination for the glitterati on their summer holidays.
David Morris will open the Pop-Up at the Emerald Coast hotel in northern Sardinia for a third consecutive year, giving visitors a rare chance to see the House’s latest fine and high jewellery collections in one of the Mediterranean’s most exclusive settings.

This summer, the boutique will feature Legacy of Colour, the brand’s newest high jewellery collection, which debuted in Paris during Haute Couture in January.
With its vibrant gemstones and exquisite craftsmanship, the collection is made for collectors and connoisseurs of high jewellery.
Against the stunning backdrop of Sardinia, the Pop-Up pairs luxury travel with an exceptional jewellery experience.
“Pop-Up boutiques in both summer and winter destinations are a key part of how we connect with our clients,” said Cecily Morris, Brand and Retail Director of David Morris.

“They allow us to spend time with existing clients while also introducing David Morris to new audiences in places where we don’t have a permanent presence,” she told Solitaire.
“Cala di Volpe is a prestigious setting with a strong international clientele, so it felt like a natural fit. Being there while clients are on holiday also allows for a more relaxed, personal way of building long term relationships.”
A selection of David Morris fine and high jewellery will be on display, reflecting the House’s craftsmanship and exceptional gemstones.
Clients will see collections including Fortuna, Rose Cut, Miss Daisy, Riviera, and the latest fine jewellery collection, Triolette, the house’s first fine jewellery collection crafted entirely in 18-karat yellow gold.
“This summer we’re also bringing pieces from Legacy of Colour, our newest High Jewellery collection, which was first shown in Paris during Haute Couture in January,” Cecily Morris said.
“David Morris is all about colour, so these pieces feel especially fitting for the Pop-Up. The Conch pearl High Jewellery designs in particular sit beautifully within the aesthetic of the hotel.
“The Paraiba pieces really come to life in this setting – they have that incredible, almost swimming pool-blue colour that just draws you in.”

Internationally renowned for its daring design perspective, with exceptional gemstones its preferred mode of expression, David Morris, established in 1962, creates unique and imaginative pieces to exacting standards.
With an innate flair for the art of jewellery, by combining rare and exquisite stones with traditional materials, David Morris creates jewellery that transcends generations, each design expressing ingenuity, creativity and quality.
Luxury Travel & Jewellery
Luxury travel, summer holidays and jewellery are all about the same thing – marking special moments, Cecily Morris comments.
“On holiday, people are more relaxed and open, and more likely to choose something that feels tied to how a place makes them feel. Jewellery works naturally in that space because it often marks a moment or memory.
“It also just gets worn more. Days are slower, you’re outside more, you’re at long lunches or dinners by the sea, so pieces become part of everyday life rather than saved for something formal.
“Ultimately, it’s all anchored in memory – the place, the trip, and the jewellery that captures it.”
Cala di Volpe is one of the most splendid hotels in the world, drawing guests from far and wide, many of whom arrive by yacht or private jet. “The hotel carries a sense of understated glamour and discretion,” Cecily Morris adds.

“It has the right energy in the summer – people come back year after year, so it feels familiar. It’s relaxed, but still exclusive. You see a mix of returning clients and new faces, which is what makes it feel so natural for us to return.”
In addition to its boutiques in the Middle East, David Morris has flagship stores in London (Bond Street) and Paris. Proudly family-run to this day, at the helm is Jeremy Morris, CEO and Creative Director.
Home to the house’s high jewellery atelier and design studio, David Morris is the only brand on Bond Street to still have a fully functioning high jewellery workshop on the premises.
The jeweller of choice for Hollywood A-listers, David Morris has been worn by some of the world’s most prolific collectors, including Elizabeth Taylor and Queen Noor of Jordan.
