Kering Names New CEOs for Pomellato and DoDo

Kering has appointed Charlotte Fournet as Chief Executive Officer of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as Chief Executive Officer of DoDo, effective 15 September, 2026.

Both executives will be based in Milan and report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Kering’s Group Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Kering Jewelry. The appointments form part of Kering Jewelry’s efforts to develop the growth potential of its jewellery houses while maintaining their distinct brand identities.

Fournet will oversee Pomellato’s next phase of development, with a focus on strengthening the Milanese jewellery house’s positioning, improving store productivity and expanding distribution selectively.

She brings more than 14 years of experience in luxury merchandising and product strategy. Fournet joined Saint Laurent in 2014, moved to Gucci in 2019 and joined Bottega Veneta in 2020. Most recently, she served as Collection Merchandising Director at Bottega Veneta, overseeing merchandising strategy across product categories including jewellery, accessories, leather goods and ready-to-wear.

Cucurachi will lead DoDo’s strategic development, with a focus on strengthening its position in gifting jewellery, client engagement and growth in Italy and selected international markets.

She joined DoDo in 2024 as Global Product and Brand Director, overseeing product, image, communications, events, visual merchandising and media. Before joining DoDo, Cucurachi spent more than a decade at Swarovski in senior leadership roles. She previously held marketing positions at L’Oréal and Lindt & Sprüngli and has more than 16 years of international experience across jewellery and consumer brands.
