GJEPC’s Delhi Regional Office recently concluded its second batch of the “How to Start Export of Gems and Jewellery” training program with a certificate award ceremony. The three-day intensive course equipped participants with essential knowledge and skills for navigating the intricacies of the gems and jewellery export industry.
The ceremony marked the successful completion of the program, with certificates being presented to the graduating students. Mr. Antarpal Singh Sawhney, Regional Chairman – North, commended the program’s faculty, Mr. Ranjan Upreti, for his expert guidance, which provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of export-import procedures. He expressed his confidence in the students’ ability to apply their newfound knowledge and assured them of the GJEPC’s ongoing support in their export ventures.
Highlighting the importance of understanding current trade policies, Mr. K.K. Duggal, Director-Policy, GJEPC, addressed the candidates. He focused on the latest regulations concerning gems and jewellery exports, emphasising the critical precautions and best practices required for a successful and compliant export business. Also in attendance was Mr. Sanjeev Bhatia, Regional Director-North, GJEPC.
