GJEPC Delhi RO Hosts Seminar On Appendix 4 ‘O’ Certificate

The GJEPC Regional Office in Delhi recently organised an Awareness Programme focusing on the Appendix 4 ‘O’ Certificate, its provisions, and requirements. The event took place at the Conference Hall in Jhandewalan, Delhi, with over 25 participants attending in person and virtually. The attendees comprised exporters and their representatives involved in overseas exhibitions.

Mr. Ashok Seth, Regional Chairman – North, GJEPC, highlighted the importance of the session for exporters who often participate in overseas exhibitions and claim the replenishment of gold. Mr. Sanjeev Bhatia, Assistant Director of GJEPC, explained the significance of Appendix 4 ‘O’ and the precision needed when filling out the required details and supporting documents.

Mr. Sanjay Madaan, Chief Manager, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the procedures and requirements of the Appendix 4 ‘O’ form, including references to policy paragraphs and a graphical representation of the forms issued over the past five years.

Following the presentation, a Q&A session was held, where Mr. K.K. Duggal, Director (Policy), GJEPC, and Mr. Anil Sankhwal, COA Member, GJEPC, addressed participants’ queries. Mr. Duggal shared updates on the Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) issue, hinting at forthcoming relief measures.
