GJEPC Eastern RO Hosts Session on Export Growth and Reducing Bank Charges

The GJEPC Eastern Regional Office organised a brainstorming session focused on “How to Sustain & Increase Exports from the Region” and “How to Increase Profits by Reducing Bank Charges”. The event brought together industry stakeholders for a constructive exchange of ideas.

Mr. Pankaj Parekh, Eastern Regional Chairman, GJEPC, stressed the need for collaboration to strengthen export capabilities. Participants discussed current challenges and potential growth avenues. Mr. Govind Sawant, Technical Head of the Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC, presented cost-saving methods to boost efficiency and reduce wastage, aiming to make exporters more globally competitive.

The keynote speaker, Mr. Lalit Chetani – CA, MBA (IIM Indore), ex-banker and private equity expert – introduced a practical banking tool designed to cut transaction costs and improve margins for exporters. His session was well received, with many appreciating the actionable insights.
