GJEPC held a seminar on “GJEPC and Trade Opportunities and IIJS Bharat Retailers Connect” on 2nd February 2026 in Pune.
Mithilesh Pandey, Senior Director, GJEPC, addressed the audience with a focus on various MSME support schemes and initiatives designed to strengthen the gem and jewellery export ecosystem. He explained how platforms such as SAJEX and IJEX can drive export growth and shared insights on the importance of participating in international trade shows, starting e-commerce exports, and understanding hand-carry export procedures from Mumbai, enabling businesses to explore global opportunities.
The session also included an overview of the upcoming IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2026 show, scheduled from 21 to 23 March, highlighting how participation can benefit businesses through lead generation, expanded market reach, and enhanced brand visibility.
The seminar received active support from members of the Hadapsar Sarafa Association and the Pune Jewellers Association, reflecting strong engagement from local jewellers and trade members, who took part in a constructive dialogue on regional growth opportunities.
