GJEPC Kolkata has begun a four-day Customs Training Program for Customs appraisers from 1 to 4 December 2025 at the International Air Cargo Complex, Kolkata. The initiative is designed to build deeper expertise in gem and jewellery procedures and strengthen operational efficiency at key export points.
The programme opened in the presence of Smt Shilpi Srivastava, Joint Commissioner of Customs. Mr. Pankaj Parekh, Regional Chairman – Kolkata, GJEPC, noted that specialised training helps appraisers carry out their responsibilities with greater precision, supporting smoother and flawless export processes.
