GJEPC and the Bhayander East Jewellers Association jointly hosted a seminar on 2nd September, to educate local jewellers about the benefits of GJEPC membership and the various MSME schemes available to them.
Mithilesh Pandey, Director – Head Membership, GJEPC, provided comprehensive information on the advantages of joining the Council. He discussed government policies and schemes, the benefits of the GJEPC Parichay card, export options via courier, IIJS visitor registration, IJEX, CEPA, ECTA, and the proposed buyer-seller meeting.
Pandey also highlighted the benefits of the IC scheme, Capacity Building scheme, collateral-free loan facility, Mudra Yojana, and various facilities offered to MSME manufacturers at the India Jewellery Park Mumbai (IJPM). Additionally, he discussed the possibility of exporting jewellery up to Rs 10 lakh through e-commerce, hand carriage, or by post.
The seminar was attended by approximately 85 retail shop owners from the Bhayander area.
