GJEPC’s Surat Regional Office organised a successful E-commerce Conclave to raise awareness about the growing potential of online sales and shipping solutions for the gem and jewellery sector.
The conclave saw active participation from leading platforms such as eBay and DHL, who shared insights on global retail opportunities and logistics solutions tailored for the jewellery industry. Their sessions equipped attendees with practical knowledge to tap into international markets and streamline operations to meet global standards.
Adding momentum to the initiative, the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) partnered with GJEPC as the co-organiser, providing critical support for the event’s venue and logistics. The collaboration highlighted the united spirit of Surat’s business community in promoting new growth avenues.
The event drew an enthusiastic response, with over 300 manufacturers, exporters, and entrepreneurs engaging in lively discussions with the speakers and panellists, signalling the sector’s growing interest in embracing e-commerce for future growth.
