H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, French Ambassador to India, visited IIGJ Jaipur for the signing of an MoU between Alliance Française and IIGJ Jaipur on 7th March. The MoU was signed by Dr. Tulika Gupta, President of Alliance Française, and Dr. Nawal Agarwal, Chairman of IIGJ Jaipur. This partnership marks the beginning of a French language course for IIGJ Jaipur students, paving the way for future student exchange programs between India and France.
The Ambassador toured the IIGJ campus, witnessing live demonstrations of kundankari, meenakari, chitai, and thewa craftsmanship. He engaged with students and admired their work. He also visited the IIGJ-RLC lab, commending its 52-year industry legacy.
