Tanishq has partnered with Gemological Science International (GSI) to roll out specialised gemmological sales training for its retail and corporate staff nationwide.
The training aims to equip Tanishq’s team members with a deeper understanding of diamonds, coloured gemstones, and jewellery craftsmanship, while integrating the jeweller’s distinct design philosophy into customer interactions.
