GJEPC’s Jaipur Regional Office successfully conducted a two-day retail mastery workshop at the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ) in the city. The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of frontline retail salespersons.
Around 35 participants, including retail store owners from diverse profiles and experience levels enrolled in the paid workshop. The training was imparted by retail specialist Shri Pritesh Desai, whose expertise was widely appreciated by attendees. Many participants expressed their satisfaction with the workshop and expressed interest in joining the advanced course.
On the concluding day, Dr. Nawal Agarwal, Chairman of IIGJ Jaipur, and Shri Nirmal Bardiya, Rajasthan Regional Chairman, GJEPC, interacted with the trainees and presented them with certificates.
