Tiffany & Co. Foundation has surpassed a major milestone in grant-making, awarding over $100 million since its establishment to support the preservation of the world’s most precious seascapes and landscapes. For more than two decades, the foundation has been supporting leading organisations worldwide, working towards benefitting communities and the environment. As it enters its third decade, the foundation remains dedicated to preserving the planet’s natural beauty for future generations to come.
The Foundation has highlighted some of its significant impacts and successes globally, such as creating and implementing over 30 Marine Protected Areas worldwide, protecting over 11 million square kilometres of the world’s oceans, safeguarding coral reefs in over 30 countries, cleaning up abandoned mines across the American West and protecting 10 million acres of ecologically rich and culturally significant lands.
Tiffany & Co. Foundation’s grant recipients include several renowned organisations such as Conservation International, Wildlife Conservation Society, Oceans 5, The Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Coral Reef Alliance, The Nature Conservancy, Trout Unlimited, Clark Fork Coalition, the Conservation Lands Foundation, and Resolve. The Foundation has supported the restoration of abandoned diamond mines in Sierra Leone through the Peace Diamonds Restoration Initiative.
