• Kindly share your credit card number along with the expiration date to hold the reservation on a guaranteed basis. Reservations not guaranteed by credit card will not be confirmed.
• For all room reservation, bookings will be confirmed once the hotel has received the payment.
• Amendments/ Retention will be as per the individual hotel policy and GJEPC shall not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever.
• In case of any dispute with the hotel, GJEPC shall not be responsible, and the guest will have to co-ordinate directly with the hotel.
• The Check In time at the hotel for the guest(s) is 1500 hrs. (03:00 pm). Guest(s) arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as per the availability of the hotel. For all early check-ins, we recommend that rooms are reserved and paid for the night before in order to guarantee early check-in.
• The Check Out time at the hotel for all guests is 1200 hrs. (12:00 pm), late check outs shall be subject to availability upon request.
• Triple occupancy will be subject to availability and at additional cost.
• In case of any change in the rate of taxes mandated by the Government at any future date, the same would be applicable and chargeable on the final billing by the hotel.
• You shall hold the GJEPC harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation/bookings/change in any policy by the hotel/change in payment terms by the hotel etc.
• Hotel may change its policy(ies)/method(s) of payment at any time and GJEPC has no control over it whatsoever.
