The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) is holding its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today 23rd September, 2024, at 12:00 noon IST. The meeting is being held in a hybrid format, allowing for both physical attendance and participation via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The AGM is taking place at the Convention Hall, Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai.
During the designated e-voting period, members could cast their votes electronically on the resolutions. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) guidelines are being followed for the electronic delivery of the Annual Report. The Annual Report is uploaded on the GJEPC website under the Legal & Secretarial Compliances tab in the Members’ dashboard.
The remote e-voting period was from 20th September, 2024 at 9:30 am IST to 22nd September, 2024 at 5:00 pm IST.
