IIJS Benefits, Export Schemes Highlighted at Nashik Roadshow

GJEPC and the Nashik Saraf Association organised an IIJS Premiere 2025 Roadshow and MSME Awareness Programme in the city of Nashik, Maharashtra. The event aimed to inform and encourage jewellers from Nashik to explore export opportunities, adopt modern trade practices, and take advantage of government schemes available for the gem and jewellery sector.

The session began with a welcome address by Mr. Girish, President of the Nashik Saraf Association. Mr. Mithilesh Pandey, Director – Membership, GJEPC, delivered an informative presentation on export documentation, international exhibitions, IJEX, upcoming shows in Dubai and Doha, MSME schemes, and the benefits of GJEPC membership. He also touched upon topics like cluster development, Mega CFCs, handicrafts, e-commerce, courier mode, and postal export centres.

Ms. Naheed Sunke, Assistant Director, GJEPC, highlighted the key features of IIJS Premiere and shared details on special registration benefits and exclusive privileges available to member associations during the different registration phases.

Dr. Krushnat Patil, Chartered Accountant, explained how jewellers can better manage their accounts and maintain proper financial records. An interactive Q&A session followed, where participants actively engaged with the speakers. The event drew a strong turnout, with many attendees expressing interest in joining the Council and exploring export possibilities in the near future.
