Ashim Sen, Director Sales (North and East India), DHL Express, and Tej Desai, Gem & Jewellery Lead, DHL Express, delivered a detailed presentation covering global shipping services and digital tools available to exporters.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, addressing operational queries from participants.
