Bvlgari Brings Serpenti Infinito to New York’s High Line

Bvlgari has brought its Serpenti Infinito project to New York with “auruBOROS – Urban Memory and Collective Dream”, a monumental installation on the High Line created by Berlin-based artistic collective Plastique Fantastique.

The golden, sculptural forms reinterpret Bvlgari’s Serpenti emblem at an architectural scale, responding to New York’s urban landscape. The New York presentation follows earlier editions of Serpenti Infinito in Shanghai, Seoul and Mumbai.

The installation coincides with the unveiling of five unique High Jewellery creations inspired by chapters of American art history. These include Serpenti Falling Drops, drawing on Jackson Pollock’s expressive gestures, and Serpenti Flag, which references the colours of the American flag through tanzanite, coral and diamonds.

Bvlgari has also introduced three new Serpenti Tubogas pieces, comprising a bracelet, earrings and brooch, alongside a Serpenti minaudière inspired by historic designs from the Maison.

The auruBOROS installation is on view at the High Line through 20 September, extending Serpenti’s dialogue between jewellery, art, architecture and contemporary culture.
