Diamonds Do Good To Hold Inaugural NextGen Awards In Las Vegas

Recognizing the next generation of leaders in the industry, global non-profit Diamonds Do Good (DDG) has tapped Feriel Zerouki, Kealeboga Pule, Kecia Caffie, and Alexis Padis, to be its inaugural award recipients. The NextGen Awards will be presented at Diamonds Do Good’s annual gala on 9th June at the Venetian Hotel, Palazzo Ballroom Las Vegas, NV on the eve of the opening of the JCK Show.

“Our goal is to recognise leaders who represent the future for our industry. These individuals span the mining, manufacturing and retail sectors and we will highlight their accomplishments in their respective fields and support of the communities where they do business,” said Diamonds Do Good’s President Anna Martin.

Feriel Zerouki is the first elected female incoming President of the World Council (WDC), and SVP Corporate Affairs, De Beers Group. Kealeboga Pule is a member of the WFDB’s Young Diamantaires initiative, and Founder, Manufacturer & Bespoke Diamond Jeweller of Nungu Diamonds, based in South Africa. Kecia Caffie has served as President of Banter by Piercing Pagoda since 2017. Alexis Padis is a next-generation jeweller of the Padis family and has been President of Padis Jewelry since 2019.
