Sarine Technologies has opened a new GCAL by Sarine Jewellery Certification and Quality Assurance Lab at SEEPZ, Mumbai, strengthening its presence in India’s jewellery manufacturing and export sector.
The Mumbai laboratory complements GCAL by Sarine’s existing facilities in Surat and New York. Surat remains positioned within India’s diamond manufacturing ecosystem, while the SEEPZ facility focuses on jewellery manufacturing and exports. The network is designed to connect India’s key manufacturing centres with the US jewellery market through a more efficient certification infrastructure.
The new lab expands GCAL by Sarine’s Indian offering from diamond grading into jewellery certification and quality assurance. Its grading and certification services are supported by GCAL’s consumer guarantee, with the company highlighting grading integrity, consistency and consumer confidence as key priorities.
