The show, organised by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), will be held at two separate venues for the first time in its 39-year history. The Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) and the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Mumbai will host the prestigious event.
The decision to have two venues stems from the desire to showcase a wider range of products and create a world-class setting for exhibitors. The JWCC, a top-notch venue, will feature products such as diamonds and lab-grown diamonds, where India has established itself as a
global leader. The GJEPC aims to enhance the show’s international appeal by focusing on an international section and attracting more foreign buyers. The proximity of the JWCC to the Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) makes it an ideal location for this purpose.
Simultaneously, the BEC is in the process of renovating Hall 6, which led to the need to accommodate dislocated exhibitors. The separate sections for diamonds and lab-grown diamonds required more space, which has now been accommodated. Both venues offer world-class infrastructure and amenities, providing exhibitors and visitors with a seamless experience.
