Italpreziosi S.p.A. has been added to the London Bullion Market Association’s (LBMA) Good Delivery List for silver, effective 20 May 2026.
The Italian refiner secured the listing after meeting LBMA’s requirements relating to ownership, operational history, production capability and financial standing. Its silver bars also successfully passed LBMA’s testing procedures, which included examination and assay by independent referees, along with an assessment of the refinery’s internal assaying capabilities.
Based in Arezzo, Italy, Italpreziosi is already included on LBMA’s Good Delivery List for gold. The company specialises in refining and processing precious metal-bearing materials and supplies an international customer base with silver refined to globally recognised standards.
In 2024, Italpreziosi became a Certified B Corporation™, joining companies recognised for meeting standards related to social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. The certification reflects the company’s stated focus on responsible business practices and operational improvement.
The refinery said it maintains responsible sourcing policies, compliance standards, and environmental, health and safety measures, supported by governance and traceability systems aligned with LBMA’s Responsible Sourcing Programme.
LBMA maintains the London Good Delivery List, which identifies refiners whose gold and silver bars meet the standards required for acceptability in the London bullion market. The list currently comprises 66 gold refiners and 84 silver refiners.
LBMA represents the global wholesale over-the-counter market for gold and silver bullion, and oversees areas including good delivery and refining standards, industry events, and engagement with regulatory authorities.
