Titan Company Ltd. has announced the formation of a new step-down subsidiary, Signature Jewellery Holding Limited, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE.
Titan Holdings International FZCO, a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan, had earlier agreed to acquire 67% of Damas’ jewellery business in the GCC region, housed under Damas LLC, UAE, with the remaining 33% to be acquired after December 2029, subject to terms. The proposed transaction is expected to be completed by 31st January 2026.
The entity, now under Titan Holdings International FZCO, will serve as the holding company for Titan’s jewellery business across GCC countries as part of its Damas acquisition.
