A GJEPC delegation comprising Chairman Mr. Vipul Shah, Vice Chairman Mr. Kirit Bhansali, and Executive Director Mr. Sabyasachi Ray, met with Shri Jitin Prasada, the Honourable Minister of State for Commerce & Industry in New Delhi today 13th June.
The Council leadership provided a comprehensive brief on the gems and jewellery sector, outlining the current landscape and the potential for growth. The Minister gave the delegation a patient hearing, acknowledging the strategic importance of the industry to India’s economy.
Mr. Vipul Shah extended an invitation to Shri Prasada to attend the upcoming IIJS Premiere exhibition, as an ideal opportunity for engaging in dialogue with industry stakeholders across India.
