Pune-based legacy jewellery brand, PNG Jewellers, celebrated a momentous day with the simultaneous inauguration of two grand stores in Nagpur, marking a significant expansion in the city’s jewellery scene. The glittering ceremonies were graced by Bollywood heartthrob Arjun Kapoor and Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Shri. Nitin Gadkari.
In the heart of Nagpur’s bustling suburb of Itwari, PNG Jewellers unveiled its exquisite new 2500 sq ft store. The grand inauguration ceremony was attended by Dr. Saurabh Gadgil, Chairman and Managing Director of PNG Jewellers, Mr. Parag Gadgil, and members of the PNG Jewellers family, along with a diverse audience of customers and prominent guests.
Arjun Kapoor emphasised PNG Jewellers’ reputation as a cornerstone of Indian heritage and craftsmanship. He noted, “The new store promises to offer an unparalleled shopping experience along with a wide collection of jewelry.”
Simultaneously, PNG Jewellers launched its second store in Nagpur’s Abhyankar Nagar, spread across a sprawling 5000 sq. ft. This new store offers an immersive and luxurious shopping environment, designed to reflect the brand’s Maharashtrian heritage and commitment to contemporary designs rooted in tradition.
The event saw the presence of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and his wife, Smt Kanchan tai Gadkari, along with Dr. Saurabh Gadgil. Prominent personalities of Nagpur, members of the PNG Jewellers family, and patrons of the brand graced the occasion.
The opening also featured the unveiling of the G20 Choker Necklace by Shri Nitin Gadkari. This necklace, a masterpiece co-created by PNG Jewellers and antique jewellery expert Vasupati Jewellers, commemorates India’s presidency of the G20 Forum.
The G20 Necklace is adorned by 20 flowers, each representing a participating country’s national flower. The necklace symbolises unity, shared responsibility, and collective duty towards the world, aligning with this year’s G20 theme of “One Earth, One Family, One Future”.
