Leading diamond manufacturer and exporter Hari Krishna Exports held a virtual event on 1st July to commemorate its 29th anniversary and organised a blood donation drive on 2nd and 3rd July.
Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder and Managing Director of Hari Krishna Exports, addressed the virtual event on Zoom and Youtube and shared his thoughts on the upcoming trends in the industry based on the HK Team’s R&D and an analysis of market movements from the last five years.
The two-day blood donation drive at The Capital, BKC, Mumbai, collected 357 units and saw active participation from HK employees as well as the local community.
Every year the HK Group hosts three such blood donation drives in its Surat and Mumbai offices, from which a total of 11,509 units of blood have been collected to date.
The event was attended by chief guest Sandip Karnik, Additional Commissioner of Police – Crime Branch, Mumbai West, Ramesh S. Rao, General Manager, CCGRO-1, and Satya Prakash Pathak, Chief General Manager, Commercial Clients Group-1 of State Bank of India, The company also felicitated Rahul Sanghvi of Veer Foundation and Datatray Savant, a teacher, for respectively starting the Oxygen on Wheels campaign and a free transportation service for Covid patients
