Terms & Conditions
    1. Booking Facilitation
    • 1.1. All hotel reservations are routed from the GJEPC website to the respective official hotel websites.
    • 1.2. Users must complete all required details directly on the hotel’s booking page to finalise their reservation.
    • 1.3. You will be required to provide your personal details twice —
      (i) at the time of selecting the hotel, and
      (ii) at the time of completing your reservation on the hotel’s website.
    • 1.4. Your official booking confirmation, including guest name, stay dates, and total tariff, will be sent directly by the hotel.
    2. Cancellation and Retention Policy
    • 2.1. The cut-off date for cancellation of your room will be as per the individual hotel’s policy specified under the “More Info” section on the GJEPC website.
    • 2.2. For cancellation requests, please email hotels@gjepcindia.com. Requests will be processed as per the applicable hotel’s cancellation policy.
    • 2.3. 100% retention for the entire length of stay shall be applicable in case of:
      (a) No-show, or
      (b) Cancellation made after the hotel’s cut-off date.
    • 2.4. Payment made or blocked via credit card shall serve as a guarantee for the reservation. Retention will be charged by the hotel in case of a No-show or late cancellation.
    • 2.5. If the hotel is unable to process the payment through the provided credit card or link, it reserves the right to cancel the booking. GJEPC will not be liable to reinstate or guarantee any such cancelled reservations.
    3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
    • 3.1. Check-In time: 1400 hours (2:00 PM). Guests arriving earlier will be allotted rooms subject to availability.
    • 3.2. For early check-in, guests are advised to book and pay for the previous night to ensure room availability.
    • 3.3. Check-Out time: 1200 hours (12:00 PM). Late check-outs are subject to hotel approval and availability, and must be requested directly with the hotel.
    4. Taxes and Tariff Changes
    • 4.1. All applicable taxes are as mandated by the Government of India and may be subject to change without prior notice.
    • 4.2. Any change in statutory taxes after booking shall be payable directly to the hotel and reflected in the final billing.
    5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    • 5.1. GJEPC acts solely as a facilitator for routing hotel bookings and does not operate, manage, or control any hotel, booking portal, or payment gateway.
    • 5.2. GJEPC shall not be responsible or liable for any:
      (a) Reservation denial, modification, or cancellation by the hotel;
      (b) Charges, penalties, or retentions imposed by the hotel;
      (c) Errors in availability, rates, or communication from the hotel or its systems;
      (d) Service deficiencies, overbooking, or dissatisfaction with the accommodation; or
      (e) Loss, injury, theft, or damage suffered by any guest during their stay.
    • 5.3. Under no circumstances shall GJEPC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or opportunity.
    6. Indemnity
    • The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GJEPC, its officials, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
      (a) Any hotel-related cancellation, penalty, or retention;
      (b) Any act, omission, or default of the hotel or booking intermediary; or
      (c) Any dispute between the User and the hotel or payment gateway.
    7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
    8. Acceptance of Terms
    • By proceeding with the hotel booking through the GJEPC website, you acknowledge that:
      (a) You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions; and
      (b) You agree that GJEPC bears no financial, legal, or operational liability for any cancellation, retention, penalty, or dispute arising from your booking.
